    Window service was excellent. Customer service was efficient, accurate and courteous. Chicken sandwiches were tasty.

    The food tastes good, but the service isn’t where it should be. They never ask if I want any ketchup with my order, it takes a super long time to get out of the drive thru line, and I never get any utensils with my order. Once I get the food, it does taste pretty well. Little things matter and they don’t seem to care.

    Ordered 3 piece chicken. After sitting in line for over 20 minutes. Overpaying for the amount of overcooked chicken that included two wings the size of frog legs. I will leave this location to the die hard fans of Popeyes.
