Mango dragon fruit tea sooooo good!!

This is my first time in Dallas, TX and just happened to crave some milk tea. I decided to give this place a try and it does not disappoint. They let you sample a variety of milk teas and let you DIY your own boba milk tea. You get to pick whatever flavor, boba, and how much milk tea/ice ratio you like as well. I picked the taro coconut and it is really good! The boba is not bad; enough flavor and chewiness. The place seems like family-run and I love the whole vibe. Nicely decorated place with a little shop selling small goodies next door and a game room too.

Might be the most heartwarming and cheerful boba spot I’ve ever encountered. 🧋💖👩‍👧 Unique business made with love and thoughtful ideas everywhere you look! I enjoyed picking from the drink flavor choices, and mixing up jelly and popping boba flavors! Can’t wait to come again and see what changes seasonally, in flavors and in the little photo booth area.

Olivia is such a sweet and welcoming host! I really enjoyed the tea flavors, the fact that you get to sample it is such a plus! The pandan coconut cookie was so delicious and flavorful. It is a bit difficult to find but you just look for the white numbers '3040' above a set of double doors and there's a small open sign that is neon colored as well. Just get our of your car and they're right in between Reconstruction Experts and SACS Boysen :)
One thing I would like to see perhaps in the future is HOT tea options, especially as the weather gets colder.
