Shogun Hibachi and Sushi

Me and my children tried their food yesterday and everything was amazing! This is definitely our new Chinese spot. Very much so worth the $$$

I pass this place all the time and this is my first time eating here. The plating was great also the food was better then I thought. I would like to also mention that the environment was clean. Don't sleep on them because it's a smaller Hibachi.

It was a good experience
Small establishment. We ate at the dining room tables up front, but did not see any Habachi type tables in the place. Also, there is no sushi bar to sit at.

We decided to order hot green tea, which came with a cup of hot water and tea bags... Yeah, kinda took away from the experience.

To the Nagiri rolls.
Chicken Tempura roll... Weird, chicken finger in a Nagiri roll, with cucumber and rice. Really fat rolls so be aware

Shrimp Tempura roll was as expected, fried shrimp in with cucumber and rice , also a fat roll

Spicy Salmon roll...minced salmon with a hot sauce, nice

Philly roll, salmon with cream cheese and cucumber... Not my cup of tea

Eel and Avocado roll, with a sweet sauce and cucumber. Very nice.

Would I go back, no, there are other places in the area that will have a better atmosphere and options for seating.

This was a fantastic experience! There were many choices for non-sushi eaters, like my husband. He got the hibatchi chicken and stir-fried veggies, soup, and fried rice. He rarely raves about food, but he did about this food. I was craving sushi, so I got a delicious Hawaii roll that was fresh and delicious. The menu is huge, with food to please all ages. The service was polite and efficient. This one is on Matlock near Mansfield. The place was also very clean with server and cooks wearing masks. Please give them your business!

Got some rolls for take-out and I really liked it! I only got two rolls but I’m really excited to come back and try some new ones. They are really nice when you come in and they make everything fresh when you order ! And the layout of the dine in area is beautiful! I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about this place :)
