Generally they have the shelf-stable items you need readily available, but expect to wait a good while for hot food items and baked goods as they will usually be out when you arrive. Therefore, it's a good idea to put in an order to minimize wait times. Also, the checkout process can be slow if you have a card as the point-of-sale system is older and can accordingly be slow. The customer service is about average.

I have to say they am impressed with this ethnic grocery store chain. They've done a very good job of keeping the place clean and welcoming. Their customer service could use a bit make over. That's why I give 4 star

Wow! I was totally amazed at this place! My sister referred my mom to this place, and my mom and I went. The first thing that I noticed was the smell.
I thought that there was a Mexican restaurant around the corner that served delicious smelling food in the area. My mother corrected me. I did not believe her until we entered the store.
The food there smelled delicious! I had no idea that African food can smell so good! Not only that, the produce section itself was very pleasing to my eyes!
I was really impressed with this store. It is very, very nice! And, customer service is excellent!????????????????????????????
