I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's the best burger I've ever had but definitely up there and most certainly above-average. I like the ambiance that Twisted Root presents not just in the building itself but the way the food is presented when served. They also have a really nice pickle selection to choose from, my Favorites were the regular Dill and the sweet and spicy. The food is priced just about right for what you get as far as the Burgers go while the French fry portion It's quite small and could use an extra hand full for the price not to mention that the fries that I got were all slightly overcooked and thin little pieces. I like my fries long, and thick, The overcooked part can be overlooked if all else is right. All and all it was worth the visit and not only do I recommend you give this place a try for yourself but we will be revisiting often.

Why four stars and not five: I feel like the sides could use a boost in size.

Good ambience, good food, good place to gather with friends and family. Pretty much self serve. Terrific desserts. Don't forget to try the 5 kinds of pickle. ????

The burgers are fantastic - I had the Western. I liked that there are several local beers on tap. My kids loved the shakes, especially the Nutella shake. There were a few large picnic tables for groups of about 16-20 and smaller tables sprinkled around. Even Coleman cooler benches - trust me, you'll have to check it out for yourself.

Really fantastic place to eat. I was visiting Arlington and stopped here. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. The staff was just wonderful and some of the most friendly people I've met. Will be stopping by again.

One of the best burgers I've had, hands down. This place offers standard beef, as well as specially meats such as Buffalo and ostrich, though not every day. Each day they claim to offer a different specialty meat.

The burger was a 1/2 pound patty, and I ordered it with fries. The fries were fresh cut and pretty good, though not great. Each table has a variety of specially sauces including a root beer based BBQ sauce. Yes, you heard that right. The soda machine has specially sodas made from team cane sugar to include cream soda, root beer, and black cherry.

They do offer alcohol here as well.

They have barrels of fresh pickles of many different varieties including dill, ranch, bread and butter, and other spicier ones. All complimentary.
