We had them bring all the meat, sides, drinks and dessert to my moms surprise birthday party and they went above and beyond to make sure we had great food. It arrived on time and was warm. “I visited by the drive through lanes. This location has two drive through lanes with the second open during busy times. The personnel were polite and informative. The service was a little slow; however I was kept informed of my order status by a roaming employee serving the outside lane. The food was typical Whataburger, good burgers and crispy hot french fries.”

“Food is great! It's the best Thai food around... However, I would strongly recommend you go during a slow time. Update: They now consistently answer the phone and provide accurate estimates. Updated from 3 to 5 stars. Old review: We consistently have problems getting them to pick up the phone. When you're able to get ahold of them, they'll provide you an estimate for when the food is ready, and we typically end up waiting 20-30 minutes passed that estimate. Weekends and busy times can be much worse. We've seen people walk out because the restaurant couldn't prepare orders fast enough to serve them, and they had been waiting over an hour for service. During this time, the restaurant was still accepting call-in orders.”

“The food, service, and atmosphere were great. Two people can buy a decent meal for $10. And the best part is where they brought our food out to our table. We didn't have to stand up front to wait for our food. What's not to like about that? So, Arby's has undergone a bit of a makeover. They appear to have a new look, and possibly even a new style. “Travis and the other managers have been doing a great job trying to turn this location around. It had gotten bad for a long time, but as someone who’s been going here for years it’s definitely better than it has been in years past. A few of the girls have been there for a long time and it’s slowly starting to turn around again. This location is close to my office so we stop in several times a month and I’ll continue to do as long as the service keeps getting better.”

“Wow wow and wow!!! I lived in Chicago for 7 years and dined our every couple days after work and tried it all. Let me tell you, this place makes me feel right at home. I hate to admit but this place is just as good (ok... maybe better) than back home. Joe made sure me and my family felt welcome and took care of us all night. The portions were plentiful and we even out of them for a couple days after, and they were just as good. I never dreamed to find food this good outside of Chicago and this little joint is just what I’ve been dreaming of. I personally recommend the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan & Italian Beef Chicago Style. The "arcade" is full of bad skill crane games.”

“4/24 Edit: upped the rating. This place is getting better. New district manager, new staff!! Edit: came in the following morning, and there were donuts, but "we're running low on them". Then, four people working, only one person actually getting orders. No one going through the drive thru.. why couldn't someone open another register to get the line moving? --- They're trying... staff is friendly, but everything seems to be working against them. Walked in tonight and there were zero donuts and the hot coffee was pretty dang cold. I love Dunkin, but drive over to the one on Cooper until these guys fix themselves.”

“I went by this location on Little Road on a Monday. Picked up two pizzas for my kids at a music school. They are expanding this location and making it bigger. Called in advance and my order was taken quickly over the phone. Order was made right and ready in about 15 minutes. I had to wait a few minutes at the counter, before getting my order. Will dock them a star for that minor issue. But, the food was hot and fresh and made correctly. Pizzas looked and tasted good. Grade A.”

Not only does it make the sandwich taste better but it's just way cooler than having someone reach into a cabinet and flop out the pre-measured processed stack of meat.
