The Brisket was tender, but not much flavor. No smoke for sure. The bbq sauce was great, just enough heat and spice, but again no smoke flavor. Mac& cheese with bits of Brisket was good. For a 1 meat plate with 2 sides was $10 comparable to other BBQ places.
last night was the first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the excellent service, with the magnificent cuisine and booze and with the friendly payment. We will surely go back there soon.
This was the first time I ate here and I’m very glad I did! My barbecue sandwich was big and fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The chopped brisket was moist, tender, and flavorful. Loved the sauce too, just the right amount of spicy tangy taste. My friend order the rib plate and the meat could be pulled off with a fork. Very good first visit! Will definitely go back.
Good lobster bisque. Brisket had a good taste but a little dry. Wife says Baked potato was dry. Jalapeno cheese grits good. A little pricey at 15.99 for two meat plate. Need lunch menu. Will try again later.
First time here and loved it. I had the 3 meat plate, plenty to eat with leftovers. Wife had a chopped sandwich, piled high with beef. We went on Sunday night, not crowded at all. We hear Friday and Saturday nights are a zoo with the free beer. We will be back.
