Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Order online, no wait. Pizzas ready but missing S'more pizza. They took a couple of minutes to make. Family loved pizza and s'mores. 5 Stars if all food was ready.

Absolutely love their pizzas and $10 Tuesdays! Been a fan since they opened. As a Chicago area native their stuffed Chicago style pizza tastes like home!

I actually work here but it's our customers that make this store great. They give us time and respect so we give them the most fresh and tasteful pizza!!! We love you DFW and appreciate every single customer that comes in our door????

To the owners, managers...please know that I am not one to write negative reviews on a regular basis. In the last few months, the service has been declining. I was a walk in customer tonight & expect a wait. When I walked in at 4:45 the coolers were empty of additional product. Grab & go product. The work stations were not full & employees were unkempt. There appeared to be additional employees that came out when orders started piling up. But very dissorganized in filling orders. There was at least one walk in order before me, but my order came in first. Then when I got home, my order for the type of frustration was incorrect. Disappointed, as have loved this chain since it started & is a go to with last minute company or when I don't feel like cooking. I have been in the service industry, and again disappointed. They were not measuring but free handling the fixing, and at least my order was not correct. I truly hope that additional training & oversight will happen, because we love the product. But lack of training & service will cause us to leave. Yes, am willing to discuss my last few experiences in more detail, just let me know.
