Cicis

This location seems to be more iffy lately. There are nights they are great, others they are just so so. Tonight it was the latter. Deep dish supreme was just OK, the other pies were room temp and going stale and tough. More than one "clean" dish or bowl had bits of dried food on it. I asked the night supervisor if there is a problem cleaning the dishes to code, and his response was an irritated "Sir, we're doing the best we can to serve you." Didn't really apologize. Even Golden Corral in NRH handled this better when I brought the same problem to their attention. The manager there made the staff clean them all again. Also, nobody checks on the customers anymore to see how they're doing and thank them for coming. We're just ignored as they go through the motions. Cicis managers used to always check in on their customers and show appreciation for their patronage. Staff used to announce fresh pies when they put them out on the buffet. Today they are just quietly placed there and you have to watch for fresh food yourself.

Great experience Wenesday 4/3/19. Good all u can eat pizza...soooo...baaddd.....4...u. Yummy.

Good food. Staff unaware of their promotions though. Called ahead to verify they take the coupon found online. Spoke with Emma and was informed that I had misread the promotion and it was a similar deal they were offering, but for different items. I let her know that I would come in and give it a try anyway. With a laugh and ''oh, okay" received from Emma I ended the call with a "Thanks so much for the help." Went into Cici's on Harwood Rd and Emma still informed me so kindly after viewing the promotion herself, "Nope, don't think that ours, can I take your phone to my manager?" "Oh sure, why not." Returns to correct her mistake and accept the coupon. Waited about 20 minutes for my 2 pizzas and cinnamon rolls. Not bad for how busy they were. 3 stars.

All you care to eat salad, pizza, and more at a reasonable price of $5.99. Drinks are extra. This is not Pizza Hut quality pizza but it's quite good for the price. Staff is eager to please. Family atmosphere.

Good, inexpensive place to have pizza. Great if you have kids. Several varieties. Very nice salad bar.
