Dickeys Barbecue Pit

Some great food at a decent price. My wife loves the Dickey's sauce and they give you plenty in their portions. The toppings bar is always well stocked. The servers have always been great and attentative. But, it's always fun to see the kids going after the free ice cream machine. Nice touch to a good meal with lots of comfort food.

Let me say at first I was really upset because I ordered from Grub Hub and my order was wrong.

However!!! Roberto, the owner, after figuring out what happened was very apologetic and made things right. My order was accidentally mixed up and Roberto went out of his way to set it right.

Roberto the owner even went out of his way to drive our food to our house. He was sincere, apologetic, and even recommended we come to the restaurant as the pricing is better than Grub Hub.

I gave 5 stars even though a bit of a bad experience because when a manager/owner apologizes that makes all the difference to me when they are genuine in manner.

Food was GREAT and hot when delivered as well.

I was craving a baked potato so bad this evening so I went through their drive through. I expressed I would like extra sour cream and butter. The gentleman in the drive through was nice.... I got home, (live super close) and there was no butter or sour cream!! No worries, I called them instantly bc I had no back up ANYTHING in my new apartment.... Instantly Roberto was over the top nice/helpful and ON HIS WAY with butter & sour cream!! I was FLOORED. He is amazing, just for a couple of condiments he went out of his way. This Dickey's is AMAZING. THANK YOU.
