Smash burger has great food. I got a chicken sandwich and my friend got the mushroom burger. I’d recommend smash fries to go with. They are good price and come out quick
This particular Smashburger is located in the DFW airport. B terminal. They normally get my order wrong (they've given me chicken when I ordered beef several times) or they'll serve me old fries here & there. The staff is typically friendly (I've encountered about 3 employees who lacked customer service skills & even team skills. One was arguing openly with their co-worker.) but needs a little more training. Service time is good but the dining area can be kept cleaner. Also, you can't use any of your Smash rewards/points there.
I love Smashburger, it may be my favorite burger spot but this location is hit & miss.
Good food, different way to enjoy your burger. The grilled chicken avocado is also great. Lettuce was not fresh either time. Only down side though.
Never been to a Smash Burger before and was hungry after a few hours flight. Ordered the Jalapeno BBQ and my wife got the classic chicken. The cashier Ciara was friendly and helpful. She asked if we wanted everything on the burgers which was good. The burgers came out fast, faster than I am used to with airport food. I mistakenly thought that the burger I ordered was going to have lettuce, tomato, and onion, but no just exactly what it said on the menu. Overall pretty tasty burger, just a bit smaller than I would have thought. The chicken classic was much better, really thin but large chicken patty, all of the toppings and a nice wheat bun. Definitely would order the chicken again. Pretty decent place to stop and grab a quick bite while at DFW, especially for $10 or less.
Another first for me at DFW airport and not disappointed at all. Potato salad does have peppers in it and the beans have onions with a little pork, both just the right amounts. Brisket was tender and juicy but the pulled was a little dryer, with a little hot sauce, BBQ sauce, diced onion and pickles it hit the spot. The peach cobbler was the perfect dessert to top it all off. Definitely will try again when I get a chance.
