Delicious food, and Owen is THE BEST server ever! He took very good care of us and made our lunch so much more enjoyable!

The salmon salad was delicious as was the fish sandwich. The dressing was fantastic, and the salmon was perfectly prepared for both.

We had a long layover at DFW on our way to Vancouver. All the way at the end of Terminal D by Gates D1&2 is a little Bar/Restaurant Trinity Groves Kitchen. We sat down and our Waiter Randy was attentive and made sure to ask how much time we had before our next flight. I initially thought the food prices were a little pricey ( it is an airport restaurant) but the portions for the Avo burger and the Club sandwich were large. But more importantly, the food quality and taste was excellent; the French Fries were exceptional. They also provide take out to take on the plane. Overall good value and excellent service.
    Thanks Randy

This awesome kitchen was near our gate so we decided to get food from here.

Trinity Groves Kitchen is a new concept that we haven't seen at other airports. You can order at the screen and either pick up or have it delivered to your table.

Since we had a layover of about 3 hours, my wife grabbed the Al Pastor Tacos with Chips and Salsa for us. She also got a Kids Pepperoni Pizza for our little one's.

My wife was impress with the Al Pastor Tacos. She remarked that despite being in the Dallas Airport, Trinity Groves Kitchen and Bar delivered better tacos than the restaurants in our home city. The pork was tender and moist. The sauce was good and the added pineapples gave a fresh burst to the tacos. The salsa was hot and we loved it that way.

The kids loved their Pepperoni Pizza. I managed to get a bite and I have to say, I loved it for what it's worth. It ain't no Italian pizza but it have decent flavors that any kids will like.

This is a spinoff of a trendy food court in Dallas that says it is a bunch of different restaurants in one but appears to just be a single kitchen making all the food. The ordering process was easy being done through automated terminals. The food was on par with other airport food, nothing to write home about but fills your belly before a long flight. It's at the far end of terminal D, and worth a visit if your departing D1-D4, but I wouldn't walk across the terminal, much less the airport, to eat here.

Delicious food, strong drinks and open later than all other restaurants. Highly recommend!
