(March 15, 2019, 6:04 pm)I was invited ona lunch date to this Captain D’s & to my pleasant surprise... the customer service was exceptional especially JACKIE who was attentive, kind, & so helpful. I felt like I was at a friends family’s house. But in all actually the entire team was friendly, helpful, fast, & they gave more of a restaurant service than typical “fast food“ experience. I mentioned to the Manager how impressed I was with Jackie’s customer service & now I am shouting her and the whole team out on google because they are clearly trying their best to provide customer service. Good job guys!
