Good RB sandwiches and friendly service. I'd give 5 stars if they still served Pepsi products.

It’s fast food so good and fast food. That’s all. But the staff was nice and the facility interior and exterior was clean

Roast beef was excellent , I sub fries for potato cakes which were cooked fresh for me. The drive thru young lady was incredibly professional and very polite. Great experience, way to go Arby's on Westport parkway near Alliance.

Drive-thru experience on a rainy night:

POSITIVES
▪Staff was quick to greet and take my order.
▪He promptly repeated my order verbally, followed by visual confirmation on the display screen.
▪He offered side items that would complement my order.

Don't know where I should stuff this, so this must be as good a place as any...
This is goes in the "POSITIVES" category. Something that goes unappreciated a lot, until it's pouring rain, windy and pitch black outside... This Arby's does have significant rain protection for the driver's side of the vehicle and a well-lit full menu very close to the order placement station. Like I said, not something I would normally make note of.

▪Usual custom of payment and offer of sauces ensues when I reached the window.
▪The wait was shorter than usual, I assume because of the weather.
▪All items accounted for, with plenty of napkins and friendly smile at the hand off, I was home enjoying a delicious wrap soon after.

I have nothing negative to report.
