Dickeys Barbecue Pit

We came in this evening for the first time in a few years. The people taking the orders were friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious. They were out of forks in the self service area and almost entirely out of original barbeque sauce as well. While we were eating, the manager came out and started yelling at the employees about taking out the trash and refilling things while she was trying to help customers in line. It was extremely unprofessional and honestly I felt sorry for the employees. Also, the R&B slow jams playing were loud and terrible. We won't be back to this location.

Real people who know so much about barbecue that I got confused and ordered something extra I didn't mean to...I must have needed it though because I ate everything. So thanks for confusing me and accidentally ordering enough to get all the way full. Sweet.

Great customer service! Fred and a lady who were both closing, were very attentive and definitely made sure I was pleased with my food. I sure will be back. Thank you

Overall it is good I have to say. I came around around 730 it wasn’t very busy inside but a lot of to go orders did come. Maybe something could be added to make it more lively because it was oddly quiet but the food was very good and she gave me two macaroni’s for getting a cold batch at first!

I have never been to a bad Dickeys location. This was my first visit here. But the experience was nothing short of excellent. The ladies were attentive and friendly. Even offered items too try. Which we did. I'll definitely be back on my cheat days...
