I love the food here. But you could use alittle more attention to your employees. The lady that works at the bakery department is so rude and always has an attude. I ask her for more bread or something else and always gets sassy with me. I went wednesday and seen you had a new young lady that wears glasses speaks perfect english. She was very friendly, and very patient with me. I seen how she took the time to answer all my questions even tho she had alot of orders. Not one time did she rush me or other customers. You all need more employees like her.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. Pastries and dessert is what we usually come here for and it's always good. Food is also decent and exactly what you would expect at any la Madeleine. Portions are relatively large so you do get some bang for your buck.

One of my favorite restaurants ever on earth! I love everything here! I went there for my birthday recently and got to enjoy a free piece of cake, a free petite Caesar salad & a free croissant! I really enjoyed the spinach quiche, my absolute favorite! They have the best desserts including their awesome fruit tarts and I love their jelly and bread! ????????????????????????????????????????????❤️❤️❤️

I had the overpriced ham and cheese quiche and my friend Ms. V. had the spinach quiche off the lunch line. We agreed that it was as bland as cardboard and the crust was overly thick and over cooked. The 1st dining area where we sat initially also lacked French ambience. We moved into the back after our meal where we were out if the cold draft each time the door opened. The decor in the back was more palatable, with interesting paintings and rustic antiques on warm wooden walls and rustic wooden shelves. But still not worth the $30 my friend paid for bland room temperature quiche and tea for two. The desert purchased separately was a mini chocolate parfait and was a decadent pleasure. The meals only saving grace. My friend was incredibly disappointed by the quiche she had raved about for years from previous trips. Definitely not the light flaky crust and tastiness of the quiche I've had in Maryland and California.

What I liked: food had flavor. Dessert met expectations. The staff was really nice - especially the manager, who was very professional and courteous in handling a billing error. What I thought missed the mark slightly - compared to other La Madeleine's I've been to - the cleanliness at the front could have been better. The floor was wet and it felt more like a fast food joint rather than a cozy french bistro. (That's why I've taken off 1 star.) The internal seating areas (both , to the left and right) are not obviously visible but I'd recommend getting a table in those areas for a more cozy feel. (Wouldn't do outside seating as the location is very average.)

Stopped in for brunch, we had a good selection on the menu. We all five had different items from the menu and the food was very good. Service was prompt, and courteous. My only complaint is that the prices are pretty high for what you get. That's why I read it it only four stars instead of five.
