Chicken Express

I don't review fast food places very often. Really liked the new location, the new store, and the service. The order was correct and the food was hot and tasty. First time to get the fish and it was really good.

They were great I came by as they were closing and were very nice to me by serving me! Great customer service awesome staff. If you get a chance to see this, THANK YOU!!

I live off Crowley but I prefer the Garden Acres location to the one on Main because for some strange reason their rolls are always dry and dont seem to be fresh, and they cant seem to make proper sweet tea. The Garden Acres locations' food is always cooked fresh and tastes like it's supposed to. I don't understand how the same restaurants, different location, can be so drastically different. I need consistency. Different stores but same recipes. It should taste the same.

When it first opened food and staff was great! Unfortunately it has slowly declined. Food is still great but the staff needs some work. No enthusiasm, I don't want to be here attitude, no purpose. I will still come here because its close to my house and an easy meal for the family, but I hope things change.
