    Always changing staff and get ppl who aren't familiar with products. It makes you want to go in and make your own drinks. They were willing to let you instruct them in making a cherry lemon limeade.

    I had 2 drinks and an ice cream cone which I'm not usually one to gripe about waiting but man it took forever to get to me and I'm not accusing anyone of anything but what was that hard piece I found in the middle of the Ice cream? I think you need a new machine or to mix it better or someone put a booger in my cone. Luckily I never eat a whole cone anyways and only discovered it on accident when going to toss out the cone and my finger slipped into it revealing the unfinished mix
