(April 9, 2019, 9:44 pm)Tuesday's and Rosa's is a tradition. This location is busier than others, but that's expected, especially at lunch with BNSF across the street. Staff is always friendly. I've tried almost everything at Rosa's and everything is good except for the beans. Very soupy and bland. Y'all need to work on those. Taco Bueno has the best beans on the planet.

(April 2, 2019, 7:50 pm)The whole week is great here, but Taco Tuesdays rock! Condiment bar has lotsa fresh cilantro, pico, and salsas of various heats. The chicken and steak are marinated, with plenty of flavor.
So many coworkers there for lunch, or company shuttle should include it. I just wish we could have one of Rosa's margaritas sometime, but that's frowned-upon for work lunches. ???? -
