Cant go wrong with Jack in the box...the food is always on par

Great customer service even though my kid was being an asshole????

Guy who took my order was nice and professional, everything was correct on the screen, I payed for additional cheese and bacon for my wedges and I left and they forgot to add a small curly fries, and I didn't get the additional cheese and bacon bits I paid for. A little disappointing. I tried calling not to get a refund but simply to make them aware and all I got was a busy tone, I tried calling 3x none of my calls went through. It happens I guess.

This place has definitely changed, new team members, the quality of customer service has improved a little bit, the food doesn't seem has dry as it usually was I decided to give them a 4 star because I am impressed on their will to make positive changes, don't get wrong if you've ever been done the Lancaster area, need I say more. Jack your doing a good job and team members keep up the good work.
