Jack in the Box

When I'm in a hurry I do like their Jumbo Jacks

I always go to this Jack in the Box and never really have any problems. But today my fires were COLD! It’s too early in the morning to receive cold fries. I didn’t even get a straw. My breakfast was ruined. Which means ruined day

This is an average Jack in the box at best. I would never expect five star treatment at Jack in The box but when I arrive there was no cashier in the front at all. the manager came from the office doing paperwork to wait on the waiting customers so, after someone in the back yelled for someone to wait on the customers at front. The cashier came out and was pleasant took our order oh, and the food was prepared correctly. We ordered tacos and maybe that was not such a good idea. Before we could finish eating our meal, our stomachs were gurgling terribly. I won't get into too many details, but as you can imagine, it was a very fast ride home. I do not come here to the tacos! Again, the staff was polite, but average-at-best and the food is less than average in quality and preparation. I did not visit restrooms to report on their cleanliness. However, the dining area seemed fairly clean as well as the soda fountain area. However, the trash was overflowing where you return your trays and the large stack of trays also needed to be removed.

Used to love Jack in the box, but now it seems that their food is never really hot.

Well I usually love this place but for the last couple of times the Temperature of the food has been substandard. The cheese isn't even melted on the meat I was able to pull it right up look like it was still in is package out of the fridge. They really need to fix that or I won't go back. I am going to give them one more chance then we will see
