The best. This is far better than any bbq i ate in the simple places. No grizzed meat. Not fatty people are always efficient, and welcoming. Way to go

Best brisket I've had in a long time. The bark is a little thin, but seasoned very well and simply, like it should be. I rarely get the fatty brisket just because it's usually a waste of meat, but it just dissolved in my mouth like hot butter. The smoked bologna was good. The sausage was very good. The giant sandwich looked amazing and was enjoyed by my coworker. The sauce is some type of jelly or jam kinda thing. Not my thing at all but brisket is great without it. Best brisket in the area for sure.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and ordered two of the Brisket Sandwiches and two sides. Headed into the Bar and ordered a couple of drinks while we waited. In less than 5 minutes we were hand delivered our food at the bar... The sandwiches were stuffed and over flowing with brisket.. pickles, onions, etc.. on the side as well as our corn and tater salad.. I looked back at the receipt to check that we did just pay $23 for all of this..I love the BBQ Brick and Mortar place down the street also but what we were given would have set us back close to $40 there...
On to the sandwich.. Outstanding taste and great texture.. Just enough juice to wet the bun which was also very good.. Went for the sauce next which was sweet and spicy..loved it although it could be a bit thicker.. Sides were on par with the sandwich... All in all a great sandwich and a great lunch... we will be back!

Excellent. Cost is on par with other high quality ingredient BBQ places. But much better. The brisket doesn't need artificial moistener added for appearance.

Fast service once you order. We were one of the first in line so good wait. Not sure how it is later in the day.

We ordered just about everything on the menu today. Really good brisket with a very nice bark. Look at the attached photos and enjoy all the greatness that was had. Not sure when they will move into a brick and mortar, so enjoy this location as much as you can. The quality here is fantastic. Really impressed and now have a new BBQ Joint to go to when in Fort Worth.
