Freebirds World Burrito

This freebirds location is very clean and organized. The staff moves quickly, especially during the lunch and dinner rush. They are quick to refill anything running low, I’ve only had to wait on something to finish cooking once. Outside of the lunch and dinner rush it’s never too busy or crowded.

Food's great and so is the staff. I like that I can make it healthy with all the meat and salsa flavors I love. Thanks for a great lunch.

We visited this location for the 1st time a few days ago & were greatly impressed with this staff & store! The staff were all incredibly helpful & friendly, namely Heather. From the moment we walked in she was welcoming & engaging with us & I greatly respect those who practice the lost art of remarkable customer service & Heather has mastered that! She was very knowledgable about the food/ingredients & was even able to help me select a healthier way to satisfy my Freebirds craving without breaking my diet. (She didn't try to rush me through the line or become agitated with my many questions either.) We'll be making it a point to take the trip across town to Alliance for our next visit!! A+++++

First time at one of these! They are good but I honestly prefer Chipotle.

There's several options for your burrito or bowl, it's nice they offer different sizes of burrito and the monster is very big, see pic.

I mean it's a great place, hence the 4 stars. However it took about 15 minutes to order or food while at the counter. Not sure what was going on that day.
