We had a wonderful time here. The ambience was great, our waiter paid attention to every detail, and the food was fresh and delicious. I recommend the table-side guacamole. Superb dining experience!
Working in Fort Worth the restaurant was 10 minutes from me on the way home. I called ahead for takeout. The person that took my order was bright and cheerful, and really listened to and repeated back every ‘extra’ change I requested. Very professional and polite. I arrived and sat at the to go bar, I was greeted very pleasantly by not one but two people. The server brought the tablet for payment, I inserted the card, signed and was done in 30 seconds. The food arrived shortly thereafter. Got home, EVERYTHING was exactly as I’d ordered!! Who even does that any more? Huge 5 stars and my grateful thanks!!
I loved the service and the food (our server was very attentive). I was celebrating my birthday and I enjoyed everything at Uncle Julio's. Had an amazing experience!

While we were there the table besides us were difficult people to please, they complained and whined over absolutely everything. The kitchen chef/ manager kept coming to their table to talk to them. He was so polite and patient with them the whole time and was trying to do everything they requested. He carried himself with so much professionalism during the whole time he spoke with them. I put myself in his shoes and not sure I could've handled the situation like he did. He needs to be recognized for his professionalism and amazing service to customers. Kudos to him!
We visited here for lunch. The quality of the food is excellent. The beef fajitas were arguably the best I've ever had. Service was fast and friendly, even though every table was occupied. I thought it was better than the Fort Worth and Grapevine locations.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is that there are many windows across two sides with a view of nothing but a parking lot and freeway, with a lot of bright glare and sun reflecting from car windows. The inside decor was nice but the glare killed the ambiance.
