Posados Cafe - Fort Worth

We took our friends from North Carolina Carolina they were ecstatic that this place has white queso! The only issue was our server got the cards mixed up for payment and the manager had to get involved. It was a long process and we were a little shocked that nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience by the manager. Not a huge deal, but it's the little things and how they're handled that decide whether we want to return to a restaurant.

Posados has great Tex Mex! The hostess and the waitress were kind and accommodating. Service was outstanding! Food was served hot and fresh. If you want great Tex Mex, get to Posados!

Nothing out of this world, but not a bad place either. Food was good, affordable, and was served in a timely manner considering how packed was the place that night. Service was what truly stuck with me, server Katrina went truly above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience at Posados. Very polite and courteous young lady. The reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is due to the lack of care I noticed outside the restaurant (weeds everywhere, old decorations, plants planted as if a five year old did it, etc). Considering the amount of restaurants near Posados, I truly think they should step it up if they want to survive/thrive.

Apparently they just came out with a brand new menu. This was my first time here. The service was slow and our order was incorrect and we had to wait even longer to get it corrected. The salsa was good. The 'seasoned' beef (salt, pepper, onion) wasn't what I would expect in a taco. Overall it was okay and could come back but not a place I will HAVE to go to on my next visit to this area.
