IHOP

Whoever answers the phone is rude and nasty. I call to speak to the manager and i get hung up on twice even while still talking!!

Everything came out good even my waffle and I rarely get them. Customer service could've been a bit better but overall food was delicious

IHOP has always been a late night staple for us, and has usually turned out consistent food with decent service. On this occasion, the food was still decent, but service mostly failed us. We brought in a group of 70 after a big event, and were seated as quickly as possible. My particular group was seated early, so we ordered early. To our surprise, it took an hour to get our food, making us the last to be served. The server never gave a reason for the delay, only promising that our food was on the way.

The only thing saving this from one star is that the manager comped the meal when I asked for it, and another server stepped up and gave us the level of service I have come to expect at IHOP.

They we're busy so it took about 6 or so minutes before anyone got to us but I understand it happens. We ordered all you can eat pancakes and blueberry stack. Came out decently quick. Was hot and very good. The restaurant was overall clean and our server was friendly.
