Jimmy John's

First time going to this location. It was ok. The vibe you get when you walk in is not welcoming. The staff is a bit stand offish. They are constantly on their phones. They don't greet you, the guys preparing your sandwich cannot follow directions.

So the guy who took my order was very quick to get to the cash register to let me order. The bad part was after making my sandwich they didn’t ask if I wanted a to-go bag, or if I wanted any napkins. Maybe they assumed I was going to sit and eat in the Jimmy Johns since I sat while they made the sandwich, but they shouldn’t assume. So I went to grab napkins and there was hardly any to take. My experience could have been much better!

I come here often, probably once a week. Very well managed and one of the better Jimmy Johns I’ve been to. If the owner/main manager? Isn’t there it can be iffy but he’s only ever not been there one time I was around. Would give four but the amount of dumb “ don’t deliver to me so ONE STAR” reviews causes me to add another to balance that.
