Okay first off I was very impressed because the pizza was really well made and fresh and more toppings than usual. But then my sister went to serve herself salad and there was plastic pieces in the lettuce mix. She tried to get the managers attention but he was super busy so she gave up and let it go. And then came dessert... There was not just one, but TWO hairs in the cinnamon rolls. The manager gave us a free box of cinnamon rolls which we took because we didn't want to make a scene but honestly it didn't make the situation better. We left feeling disgusted. Just be aware when you eat here. We most likely will not be going back to this location.

People always greet and are nice. I like the fact that this is one of the few Cici's that still gives you a large cup for water instead of those tiny ones. Also, they don't expect you to clean up after yourself.

Pizza is always hot and ready. I personally recommend the Buffalo wings pizza. It's really good.
