Derek Allan's Texas Barbecue

I ordered a Pulled Pork, Turkey and Brisket Sandwich and they were all fantastic! All were moist and tender! Many places have dried out pulled pork, but here it was fantastic. The bark on the brisket was great too! Sides of potato salad and pinto beans were great! There were a few items already sold out in the short time they had been open, so I recommend getting there early!

Clean tasting BBQ! High quality beef with the perfect amount of rub and smoke and you can still taste the meat. The rub doesn't not over power, the smoke is clean and not overkill. Really Really moist rich brisket order the flat side and thank yourself later. Get there early. I showed up at 1130am beef ribs were already sold out.

Let's get straight to the point. Their Sausage Religion is the best sausage I've ever had. If you know of another place, please let me know. It had a great snap and was juicy and packed with flavor. Seriously, don't skip it. The Chipotle Mac and Cheese was pretty good. I personally could go for some more heat (it wasn't strong at all), but I'm that way with most pepper-oriented dishes. The pulled pork was good too. I'd rather have had the brisket, but they were sold out. So, get there early. I'll definitely be going back to try the brisket and update accordingly. Fantastic place and another great addition to Fort Worth BBQ.

Be sure to make it a point to check this family owned restaurant out. Hands down best BBQ I have ever had. It was so flavorful, so tender, so perfect! Not only is their BBQ AMAZING, but so are the owners - sweetest people. You won’t be disappointed!

Whenever I think Texas BBQ, I will now think Derek Allan's. The brisket was absolutely incredible, better than I could have imagined. Also the sausage, wow the sausage. If you go here and do not order the sausage, you're missing out. Owners were so nice and welcoming too! Great place, great food, great people!!
