    I was so glad when a Dunkin opened in my area. I enjoy their less exorbitant prices on coffee (compared to Starbucks) and their food is good for a chain coffee place. For some reason, almost every time I order a hot macchiato, the make me an iced one, but they're always super friendly when I correct the mistake. I wonder if it's a bad design in their software...

    Great experience both times visiting. Great staff and good food. Yes they might be out of things sometimes, but they just opened so I'm giving them a pass for now and not judging the business solely on that. I'm rating based on food quality, staff friendliness amongst other things. They are getting a lot of business and there is nothing else around this specific location offering something comparable to this so I'll take what I can get and be happy. Business is good from what I can see.
