Helen’s hot chicken ft worth

Excellent and authentic food! Best okra I’ve ever had. Chicken sandwich was spicy, juicy, crispy and delicious! Highly recommend, what a great addition to the Fort Worth good scene.

First time I've had hot chicken and it won't be the last. Ridiculously good. But the best part was the atmosphere of the team. Just the vibe you get walking in was relaxed and warm. Thank you guys for what you do!

Outstanding restaurant. My wife and I had the fried chicken tenders and waffles along with some extra catfish to take home because we knew we would have regretted it had we not. The staff was kind and courteous and the owner took a moment to speak with us and make sure we were having the best possible dining experience.

5 stars because there isn’t an option for 6.

The wings are as good as Gus', the tenders are pretty banging too, and the breading on the fried okra is probably the best I've ever had, perfection. Next time I'll have to try the seafood. The staff is incredibly friendly. Hope this place sticks around.
