My favorite breakfast/lunch spot. I would eat here every day if I could. Ever since they joined forces with the black rooster, they have become unstoppable. I don’t know what else to say haha... Delicious breakfast tacos, amazing sandwiches, good coffee. It’s really affordable too. My one and only complaint is I have spilled coffee all over the place about a hundred times because the tables can be super wobbly. But I don’t even care, just writing this review is making me hungry. ????

Whether you want breakfast or lunch they serve both. Only open until 2:30 PM. We've never been disappointed. Everything is good, depends on what you crave. I've had breakfast for lunch. Been going for over 20 years. Seen different owners but the food always stays the same.

At first entrance, I wasn't feeling the place. We stood at the door area waiting to be seated or directed. After waiting a couple of minutes, my wife went to ask to be seated. I wanted to leave. But we got seated and ordered. Enjoyed the food. Customer recognision not so.

I’ve always heard great things about this place and finally (after ten+ years) got around to eating here. It is great. They offer a 4 sandwich sampler with 1/4 slice each of tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad and pimento cheese. I tried all 4 on marbled rye bread. All excellent and the chicken salad was my favorite. ???? ????????

They share ownership and kitchen space with The Black Rooster Bakery so that would explain why the bread was so tremendously good too.

The waitress was super nice and attentive and I look forward to going back.

Be aware that they don’t have a door facing the street so it can be hard to find/notice, but based on the crowd size I don’t think it’s a bad thing because it was nearly full. More visibility would just mean having to wait in a line. ????
