West Side Cafe

I read a little while ago that the owner of this establishment kept paying his servers during the shutdown when it first happened. I’m a server for a big corp and I really wanted to come try it because I thought that was amazing of the owners. I went today and had breakfast and it was amazing. It was really cheap & the portions were HUGE. I read the lunch menu and I’m excited to try that as well. My server was polite and another lady came by and immediately cleaned up after us. Also the lady who dropped off our food asked if we needed anything else like condiments and she actually got it for us. Overall it was a great experience.

Great breakfast! They are always quick, even when they're busy you never have to wait too long. Go for lunch on Sunday, their turkey and dressing is awesome!

This place is always packed, that's a good thing. The wait time after ordering is shorter than expected considering the amount of people they serve. The food is really good and affordable. We always come in really big groups, at least 15 each time, and the staff is very nice and accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about the cafe.

These are hands down the best biscuits I have had in years. The place seems small on the outside but the inside is open and full of life. Everyone seemed to know everyone so it makes you feel right at home.

Even at 6:10am I got a great breakfast in just a few minutes. This was the #2 menu item, breakfast scrambler. Lots of food served hot and fast. Great job West Side!
