Wow! Excellent service, excellent food! My husband is not a fish fan but will choose it on occasion. He chose the halibut and actually talked about how much he liked it. I chose the rack of lamb which was cooked perfectly! All side dishes were well paired. But what I loved the most was my appetizer - the butternut squash soup with a king crab leg in it and topped with a drizzle of brown butter and cream. Yum! We will definitely return!

The FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH IS OUTSTANDING AND BY FAR THE BEST ANYWHERE! I sat at bar and Deshawn waited on me and was perfect! Cant wait to go back for a STEAK!

We frequent downtown often and had watched as they renovated the Sinclair hotel. We stopped by the bar a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the drinks and found out the restaurant was opening the last week of January. On Friday, 1/31, we decided to try the restaurant. Since it was a spontaneous decision we didn't have a reservation, but were told we could eat at one of the tables in the bar area upstairs. They have a fairly good variety on the menu. One of us had the Swordfish and the other had the steak frites. The food was very good--nice flavor and reasonable portions. The main issue was it took an hour for us to get our food. This was attributed to the staff being new--we'll see if that's the case. We were initially told the manager was going to comp the food, but were later told he was only going to comp some of the drinks. This lowered our overall impression of what service they believe is acceptable and what they should do to compensate the customer when they fall short--way short in this case. We may try again in a month or so to see if the kitchen staff has it together by then. The waitress was wonderful.
