    I really do miss The Beacon BUT.. I love how Wing It Cafe has spruced up this hidden gem and brought it back to life. My son and I had a great breakfast and I’m happy to see a restaurant back open at Hicks. As a pilot myself, I really do believe that restaurant management is taking aircraft/airport safety seriously. So hopefully the Hicks Board plays nice… a restaurant can succeed here easily. Go out and support Wing It Cafe, you’ll be glad you did.

    Had an amazing breakfast here with some friends, excellent food with a great atmosphere. Watching planes take off and land while eating is a treat!

    Breakfast was amazing- I had the breakfast tacos- perfectly cooked eggs, the salsa was made fresh.! Staff very friendly.We will be back

    Absolutely fantastic place! Haslet’s hidden gem right here. There is nothing better than getting to eat delicious food while watching the planes take off and land. My kids love this place. Not only do you get to watch the planes but there is a railroad track on the other side of the runway so they can watch all the trains go by as well. Food and service have been outstanding every time we have been. Give this place a try. You won’t regret it!
