We first visited Yolk on a business trip in Chicago several years ago. So, I was elated that a location was built in my hometown. We went on Saturday morning around 9:00am. I used the waitlist while finding parking. Parking is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. You will need to park and walk to the location. When we arrived, we were greeted and waited about 5 minutes, then seated. The seating options are inside and outside. The building is nicely remodeled but, the environment is loud though. The menu has a nice variety and the amount of food is generous. I ordered the Eggs Benedict which was delicious and filling with an order of fried potatoes. I’m a coffee drinker and enjoyed three cups of the house coffee which was great! My sister ordered from the make your own omelette option and had pancakes. She appeared to enjoy her food as well. We will return again to try the different menu options. Prices are fair according to the amount of food offered. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Best chicken & waffles in a long time. Nice & quick staff, lovely interior and easy to get to when your near Sundance Square.
    Absolutely worth checking out! ????????

I'm sure it had a good reputation back then, and the food that our group ordered may have tasted better if the place wasn't fully packed, but in my opinion the small amount of "dazzle" we all received from the food was simply just not worth the hour-long wait. The food had a hint of an "artifical" taste to it as well. However, the staff people were very nice to us :)
My suggestion is that it would probably best to come here if it isn't during the lunch rush hour. The food quality might be better then

I already put away a lot of the food before I realized I needed to share a picture. This place was great! The side of fruit was easily quadruple the size of most places. The omelettes ingredients were combined in the eggs somehow. I've never had an omelet like that. Very yummy! Good coffee, great service. We highly recommend it. I would also recommend signing onto Yelp and getting put in line before you head over on a weekend morning. They text when your table is ready.

They were super busy, we ended up waiting for about 20 minutes but it was so worth the wait. We sat outside on a beautiful day, had excellent service from I believe, Ashley. Portions were large but we were hungry and needed to fuel up before walking around Sundance for several hours. Food was amazing, I had the Hey Rickey omelet with grits and pancakes. Everything was delicious and served in a timely manor despite them being swamped. I highly recommend brunching here!
