fresh food only needs for emploees to smile and talk nice to costomers. example i orderd nuggets and she said what else and i said and fries and she said what else. my way of coustomer service would be welcome to Macdonalds may i get your order? insted of what else. it could be is there anything else i can get you?

I have had worse experiences and I have had better experiences. This last experience not resolved, but, could have been avoided..

Breakfast was fresh and hot. The cashier was so polite & friendly. Order did not take long at all. We were so pleased with the service and the atmosphere.

My wife and I would just like to commend "Mr. Dale" for the outstanding service that we received from him while at the McDonald's store #32438. We've been attending this store for a few years now since we moved into this neighborhood a little over four years ago. We can't recall ever receiving the type of service and attention to detail rendered by "Mr. Dale" during our breakfast this morning. Although his badge states that he is "just" a crew member, he definitely needs to be considered for management and/or at least assistant management. His pleasant and cordial demeanor throughout our entire visit really impressed me and my wife as well. So much so, that I felt that had to leave some comments. Be sure to commend and promote him at the earliest opportunity. He has definitely earned it!
