Clean, Organized and Friendly Staff. It seemed as though majority of the games and rides were working great. Overall a Great Experience.

First day of all, you have to have the mind set that this is a child establishment to run and play, and that the parents want to spoil their children. Keep that in mind, and you won't get upset by the long wait to get inside. You have to place your orders for food, and order play time right in the front door as you come in. They do not have a super large building like Dave & Buster's, so it can be a bit cramped. This night, they had 3 birthday parties going on so it took almost an hour to get our food.

Food for thought: They have a buffet, but I watched this parent holding a baby, coughing and sneezing over it. And the kids were not monitored at all by the parents as they got food via the buffet.

If or when you go, make sure that you go there with 2 adults. 1 with the kids playing, and 1 watching the table. The parents are like vultures, waiting for you to get up and take your spot.

But as busy as they were, they kept the bathrooms clean

This was a fun place. I have a 7 year old son who loves. We've actually been to several of them and I've not been disappointed. the only reason I didn't give it a five is because there were really long lines. However it didn't matter that much because my kid had fun the entire time, he was entertained playing games, just went right at it.

There was a crowd of people and they were hungry. I counted 3 birthday parties going on, at the same time, and each given equal attention. It was clean. The salad bar was kept clean and well stocked. All the games were in working order with plenty of attendants to take care of them while keeping the area clean.
