“This was our first visit to Hawaiian Bros' new location that opened in Hurst two days ago. We were warmly greeted by very friendly staff, had the menu explained to us, and were able to order in a matter of minutes. The food arrived promptly and we were impressed. It delicious! The meat was tender and moist with no undesirable pieces of gristle attached. The rice was moist and the veggies flavorful. It was a very ample amount of food without being too rich or overwhelming. We'll be back!”

“Wanted to try something new with my daughter, it was AMAZING! There were 4 teenage boys working and they were all respectful and helpful about menu questions. There were no kids menu items but they assured us it was big enough to split. It definitely was, paired with the cheese fries and everything was so good. Great customer service and perfectly seasoned burgers, we will absolutely make this our new stop whenever grabbing dinner on our way out of the mall.”

“Ordered short stack & side bacon (2 pieces), breakfast combo (2 eggs scrambled, bacon, hash browns, 1 biscuit, gravy). The pancakes were plate size so be prepared. The biscuit was a full 3 inches tall (thick). The portions were plenty adequate & good. The restaurant appeared clean. This was a grand opening of the refurbished former Black-eye Pea. The staff were pleasant & helpful. Menu showed large potions of chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, meatloaf, pork chops. Would recommend.”

“Been waiting for a place like this locally, and it's right across the street from me! I've already ordered almost everything on the menu. Every single time my order is cooked fresh, perfectly presented, and the service is excellent. I feel very welcome and taken care of while ordering and comfortable to ask any questions. I would suggest the original black Angus dog with some mustard and ketchup, the fried cheese, and the best of all the egg toast. Def worth supporting”

“Reasonable prices, but first let me say the maxwell polish!!!! I’m ashamed to say I originally ordered one and called in to order two more for later! I had chicken and fries, pizza puff and Chicago style dog for my family and they really enjoyed. I have had the privilege of an Italian beef and everything is so Chicago! I’ve lived in Chicago my whole life and being here in Texas for last 5 years had me pressed but this place bring me a hint of joy! and add the owner is so nice, she reminds me of those down south aunties full of love and care.
