Spring Creek Barbeque

My daughter had her baby shower there. The general manager was rude and lied to us. They also didn't have the room set up and told us to take care of it. Other than the incredibly ride GM, the staff were helpful and considerate.

I drive a truck. I go all over US.I have opportunity to stop different states and cities. Tried BBQin ALLOT of places. Always can't wait to get home and go to Spring Creek. Absolutely the best. At night time we can smell them firing up the grill. Love this place. Best food and service in Dallas

Late on a Tuesday evening, literally in the middle of packing in order to move, my wife and I decided we were hungry and would get BBQ. I called to place a pick up order, and asked for turkey, then chicken. My wife loves the smoked turkey. I was told they were out of turkey, twice, out of chicken, and pulled pork. So I ordered brisket. We have eaten at SC BBQ many times and really enjoy the food.
I do as I've made my share of BBQ, but many don't understand that BBQ is difficult, because it has to be cooked ahead of time, and you can run out because you don't want to make too much.
When I arrived and asked a Mgr about what they would do for me since they were out of so much. The Mgr "Corey", said they did have turkey. I explained I was told you were out ?? The Mgr said they had it, and so I asked to have one meal replaced. Corey had the turkey cut/prepared for me. Then he made situation right. Thanks Corey ! You didn't know it but this was actually a blessing that won't be forgotten. You went out of your way. We will be back !!! Customers for life !

This Spring Creek seems to have teamwork down to a science. Everyone works together from the line, to the veggie bar and the cashier so seamlessly. Even on a busy Saturday night, you don't have to worry about hold ups if there is a line. The dining area offers bread table service and the bread is AMAZING. We will be back!
