The food is pretty good. The service, however, is very slow. Usually I wait about 20 minutes for a simple sandwich. The one in alliance takes less time and they have a smaller crew. I think the biggest problem is one of the managers or supervisors because they would pretty much talk down to their staff and glare at them. This happens on front of customers. Yet with all that, the staff is very friendly. If they pick up speed when making the sandwiches etc, I would change this to a 5 star. Also a note to the supervisor, instead of demeaning your team, try inspiring them.
