Saigon Fusion

Egg rolls are soooo good. Customer service could be improved but it’s obvious this is their first business. The food was great and you could tell the ingredients are extremely fresh! The downside to this is that I’ve had instances where some meats were not available for the day. It is encouraging to know that the food being served is freshly ordered. I ordered a milk tea once and it was way too much milk and not enough tea. Going to try again soon and see if they’ve improved!

Beautiful restaurant and excellent food. Wait staff is attentive and welcoming. I’ve been a few times and everything I have tried is delicious. Very fresh and flavors are spot on. The Korean BBQ style rib eye steak & rice is perfection & pho broth is so yummy. Each time I go in food arrives at the table with no rhyme or reason. I wish things were a little more cohesive. But, food and atmosphere is so good I can’t even bring myself to remove a star.

Food is excellent. Went with a companion who is Vietnamese and she vouches for the authenticity of the food. Nice atmosphere and good service despite soft opening visit.

Lovely place, we would love to come again soon. It is very new so not all items on the menu are available. I do recommend to try the beef stew. It was really good and definitely worth the price. The staff is very kind and just wants to meet the customer's needs. Shout out to the chef, you do a great job cooking. This is a new restaurant and needs some work, that is why I am not giving it five stars. It's good, but I think it could be better. I think it could go from great to amazing.
