Carmen's Tex Mex

I called yesterday and was disappointed to know they were sold out of birria tacos because I’ve heard so much about them. But I tried again today on my lunch and all I can say I was not disappointed at all!!! Very very good and love the variety of sauces he has. I will definitely be back. Thanks again

Absolutely fantastic tex mex. We have gone multiple separate times to try the fajitas, quesadillas and breakfast tacos. Breakfast is served all day, and everything was phenomenal. Chris was super nice, service was prompt, and the food was of an extremely high quality. Everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The truck itself is pristine, new and clean.

Hands down the best Fajitas and breakfast tacos you will ever devour! Chris( owner) is friendly and a great cook! This is not your normal food truck, it’s a state of the art stainless high end appliances and super clean! Stop by and give it a try you won’t be disappointed just save me some fajitas seeing as I eat here twice a day! Good job Chris!!

This is a great place for lunch. They do a really good breakfast too. The waitresses are very friendly and welcoming. We always feel like we're at home when we eat there. Their homemade onion rings are the best I've ever had and their cheeseburgers are above average. It's just a good, all around local diner kind of place

I went today with a buddy from work and ordered birria tacos, burritos! Every single item was absolutely amazing! I really recommend y’all to come try this place out. The salsa was absolutely tasty as well!! 10/10 I totally recommend this!
