Applebee's Grill + Bar

Come to this applebees all the time. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp is a dish that I have always hated but your server Quentin managed to change my mind on it by recommending it to me in a way that he likes with some modifications. I have since ordered it 3 times the same way making it one of my favorite dishes. Quentin is an exceptional server and knows how to interact with his guests, would definitely recommend his section!

Would put 10 stars if possible. Steak was a little undercooked and we sent it back, server tried apologizing a few times and we explained it was no big deal. Manager Chris comes and says sorry , we explained how it was no big deal, both employees seemed to make it there lifes mission to make sure we were satisfied, these 2 have probably been the best experience I've ever had eating. Have never had that much customer service even at expensive high class restaurants. Very good job! Will be back a lot more, even though it's out of our way, we will make the drive.

Experience was great! service was great the food was Amazing and delicious. Our waiter Sierra was so nice and kind and very respectful. I recommend Applebee’s for sure!

Love, love, love Applebee's! They always do our steaks perfectly rare. And the Perfect Margaritas made with silver Patron is out of this world!! Our server tonight was Kasey, and she did an amazing job, all while working the to-go orders!! ????????????

The food and service were good. French onion soup was delicious, however, had I known that the establishment allowed smoking inside, I would have chosen anothet place to eat. The smoke smell kept getting stronger and the place really stank by the time I left.
