Little Caesars Pizza

Went in to get a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. When i looked at it, it was obvious that it had been sitting in the warmer for multiple hours. When I said it was unacceptable the employee looked at me like I was stupid. Never offered a new one or a fresh one. So I asked for a refund. The employee laughed and called for the manager, which told me my refund would take 3 days!!! At this point I was not happy at all. Manager has no idea how to fix the issue. Then an employee by the name of Kyjah calmly walked up and said “can I make you a fresh pizza sir?” And took control of the situation and remedied the entire ordeal. Kyjah made me a great pizza and was very professional and told me “sorry about that and have a wonderful evening.” I believe Kyjah either needs a raise or to be the manager. Even the manager said that she was the employee with the most time at the store. Thank you Kyjah! You did a wonderful job.

I’ve been coming here for years now. 3 stars because it’s more often then not good. But I agree with most of the other reviews on here. This place has horrible management and very little staff. I’ve been 3 times in the past two weeks and each time there has been only two employees working. Also the wait times are indeed long at times. But I’d honestly rather have a fresh pizza then a “hot and ready” one that’s rock hard and been sitting for hours. I haven’t had issues with rude employees but if you order from here make sure you have a pizza cutter at home. They do not cut the pizza here. They basically make lines for you to trace when you get home.

I arrived at 5:55pm and the lobby was full of people who had already ordered. I was not greeted at the register until 6:07pm. I ordered one pepperoni pizza and did not walk out with my order until 6:45pm. They had only three people working. Customer service was horrible. Pizza was good though. Many people walked in and saw the wait time and left.
