    Love this shop. The cardio in a cup teas are delicious. They also took the time to help me find a shake flavor that I Iiked also. Great environment and you should definitely check it out!!!!

    If you are a gym rat, or someone that wants something sweet & refreshing with healthy alternative, they have nice refreshing cold shakes and teas with lots of different flavors. I usually get the cardio in a cup which burns 150 calories comes in a small or large size. I love how they take the time to make the presentation of the drinks appealing & they are super helpful if you need help deciding!
