Changing my review for the third time! From a 5 star to a 1 star to a 5 star again! New employees, new manager seems all is great again! The new manager seems to have everything under control and he sounds like a respectful one to his employees telling them they are doing a great job and saying Thank you to them! Making them feel appreciated is what makes the place run good! He keeps up with the pizzas and makes sure all is clean and in it's position. I been back 2 times this week and I'm loving this cicis location again. Yea I'm eating here right now! I just want to let the manager there know he is doing a great job!

Everything is high quality with fresh. The portions are generous and frequently feed me for two lunches. Very friendly staff and fast service.

We were treated so very warmly by the cashier and that makes us feel very welcome. They were quick, efficient and even took or personal pizza request. The kitchen crew had fresh pizza always ready and everything was clean and hot. The person cleaning the tables was friendly and prompt. It is evident that the managers are top notch and have good employees that are well trained and work together. The Mansfield Cici’s is one of the best operated restaurants in the Mansfield/ Arlington area.
