Brooklyn Pie & Cafe

The pizza is good but they are really slow and need more employees. I’ve been coming here faithfully since they opened so I’m use to the wait time which means the service needs to be good. I was placed on hold for six minutes and I could hear taking in the background but no one ever came back to the phone so I hung up. I guess the person in charge of answering the phone forgot to hang it up because when I tried to call back no calls could get through to even place the order. Worst experience ever!

First time diner. It was delicious. Got a pizza and some fettuccine Alfredo. The pizza was the bomb. The Alfredo was very creamy and cheesy. Topped it off with a piece of chocolate cake. Yummy. Definitely coming back again.

What a great place to eat. I was greeted by an employee the moment I walked into the establishment! The people there were kind enough to make a few suggestions for me to try as it was my first time there. I went a personal cheese pizza which was priced nicely and a soda which only cost about $6.00. The pizza came out nicely and I really like the crust. This will be my new go-to spot for lunch! I highly recommend Brooklyn Pie and Cafe!

Food was amazing but even better was their attention to their customers. Excellent service and management. We ordered from Door Dash who said the order went through we were even contacted by the driver who said they were at the restaurant. An hour and a half later we had no food and Door Dash had canceled our order saying they didn’t have any drivers to deliver in that area???? Shortly after the restaurant contacted us directly saying the food was never picked up. When I explained what had happened they not only offered to deliver the order themselves, but make us completely fresh food and promised to get it to us as soon as possible. The driver showed up about 20 min later with fresh hot food and was so apologetic for our experience & thankful for our patronage. Businesses take note, this is how to handle customer service. We absolutely loved everything we tried and have ordered again from them. Their pizza was one of the best we have tried since moving here. Please support this business!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

We had it for the first time tonight, and the pizza was really good. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to their ranch being terrible. We ended up throwing it away and using some we made ourselves out of Hidden Valley packets. If you are a ranch with your pizza family like most Texans, make sure you have your own before ordering. Other than that it was really good. Brooklyn Pie, if you fix the ranch we would become regular customers.
