Del Toro BBQ

Great BBQ place in historic downtown Mansfield. They use quality ingredients in their food and drinks. My Turkey was perfectly cooked. The slaw is crisp and tasty. I loved my frozen drink. The restaurant is xo owned with the hamburger and taco place and share a beautiful outdoor area. The food is great and there is a nice level of class. Highly recommend!

Wow! Please take the time to try this amazing establishment. The blend of atmosphere and food has become a part soul. The barbecue and Tex-mex blend of tasty morsels will overcome any fears you may have. The beef ribs were extremely tender. The pork belly burnt ends were caramelized and fall apart amazing. I don't even know what t comprised the street corn but I will never forget it. Cool chill vibe. Outdoor seating becomes an unforgettable theater for the smell of smoked meats and delectable woods that make Texas BBQ a world famous treat.

Today was our first visit to this Mansfield establishment. I ordered the two meat plate which included moist brisket and jalapeno sausage. I ordered two sides, potato salad and beans. My wife ordered a brisket sandwich and macaroni and cheese. Everything was quite tasty and there is wonderful seating indoors and outside, especially on a nice weather day like today. My only issue was I feel like it's a bit expensive, although I'm not sure it's out of line with other craft barbecue places around here. I had an unsweet tea and my wife brought her own water and we still spent $46. That said, they have other options on the menu so you can make it less expensive, especially since right now brisket is expensive everywhere. We will be coming back again and trying some different things.

The place is really good. The brisket had good flavor but mine was a little cool. It did have to sit in the window a while because I was in line at the bar getting drinks when my pager to pick up food went off. But, really good sausage and the Texas Twinkies are amazing. Great atmosphere, just wish they had a few more inside tables available. Will definitely be back!

Opening day and my wife and I had a great experience. Staff friendly and attentive. Menu nice BBQ meat selections (pork belly rocked). Very nice selection of sides (street corn rocked). They are working on getting more tap beers going, however my selection of Lawnmower was tasty. Music eclectic and at decent volume. We look forward to our next visit to Del Toro!
