It's a good place to sit and enjoy your food and the people there are wonderful and polite

I think the commercial should be oh we really want to love that chicken from Popeyes. But we can't because they are slower than Christmas and they never have the right chicken and they always mess up your order. Especially the one on Ross Avenue! I don't know what they do but they are the worst at fulfilling an order. Maybe they can't read? I really don't know. But I have been going there for 11 years and I can't tell you one single time that I've ordered from there that everything was in my bag properly. Would you like spicy or mild? I'll take spicy! We don't have any spicy. That is a typical correspondence at Popeye's. I think corporate needs to step in and figure out a new system or get people to actually give a s*** about their job.

Chicken was great. I had the tenders special and my wife had the chicken special. Service was good and fast. The only problem I had was that after I ate, I went to the bathroom and there wasn't any paper towels to dry off my hands. It was 11 a.m. so it should have been stocked. My real concern is what are the employees using to dry themselves or are they even washing their hands if no one noticed they are out of paper towels? Late shift or early shift? I told staff but didn't seem concerned. Food was great tho!.

I eat here at least twice a month. I like the fact that they get my order right 99% of the time. Got the spicy instead of mild once. The food is consistent from visit to visit and is always fresh.

I was in there several times recently, the food is the same, but the service is really slow. Today, there were six people in front of me when I got there. We waited a long time, four of the six left which did speed things up for me a little. It still took 21 min to get my food after I ordered. It was 11:30 am and not that busy. Only six people were inside at the tables, counting me. Right now, I would give the place three stars, but it does not seem possible to edit the star rating.
